The Audi RS6 GTO concept presented at the Top Marques Monaco 2023 Show<\/h2>

From June 7 to 11, 2023, the 18th edition of the Top Marques Monaco Show will be held. For the occasion, Audi will present the Audi RS 6 GTO concept for the first time. Modernized, it takes up the codes of the Audi 90 quattro IMSA GTO from the 90s and pays homage to more than 40 years of quattro technology.<\/strong><\/p>

Audi has given way to the new generation to develop a sporting concept: the Audi RS 6 GTO, a concept 100% created by passionate apprentices from Neckarsulm in 2020. This is how a group of 12 students in the 3rd year of the The Audi Academy, from 4 different trades, built and worked for 25 weeks alongside Audi designers and technical teams to bring this project to fruition.<\/p>

Winning trio: Design, Durability and Performance<\/strong><\/p>

The Audi RS 6 GTO concept incorporates all the codes of design and Audi DNA, with great inspiration from the Audi 90 quattro IMSA-GTO, a car driven among others by Walter R\u00f6hrl and Hans-Joachim Stuck and victorious in numerous rallies in the United States in the 90s. In memory of the starting number \u201c4\u201d with which Audi won several victories and in homage to 40 years of quattro (in 2020), Marc Lichte’s teams have developed a unique design for the RS 6 GTO concept. This unique concept therefore takes up the Audi Sport color palette of its predecessor and is intended to have an athletic appearance. The RS 6 GTO concept underlines the sportiness, success, emotions and progressiveness of the brand and quattro technology. The technical characteristics are based on the current Audi RS 6, with even more impressive figures: 14cm longer than the production model to reach a width of 2,091mm, an engine delivering around 705hp and 900Nm of torque.<\/p>

A sports car, yes, but electric! 2026 will be a turning point for Audi with a new era of 100% electric design and new production challenges. The Audi RS 6 GTO concept pre-designs the future of the RS 6 and will undoubtedly give way to the creation of a 100% electric sports car.<\/p>

This concept will be exhibited for the first time during the 18th edition of the Top Marques Monaco Show from June 7 to 11, 2023 among supercars from around the world.<\/p>
